Job description
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent projects. This role coordinates internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep schedules, milestones, documentation, and project communications on track. Responsibilities
Support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Maintain schedules, track milestones, and monitor project progress.
Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate status updates, meetings, and project communications.
Identify potential risks, issues, and delays, and help develop solutions.
Support contractor coordination and field execution activities.
Use Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and related tools to track schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
1–5 years of project management or project coordination experience.
Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with utility, construction, or renewable energy projects.
Familiarity with NERC compliance projects or related regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting field execution, contractor oversight, and project delivery.
