Job description
Cosan Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support an active construction project in a fast-paced, field-driven environment. This is a hands‑on role working closely with the Project team and site leadership to keep work progressing safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily field operations from the site office
Track production, labor hours, and installed quantities
Support scheduling and short‑term planning
Assist with subcontractors, deliveries, RFIs, and submittals
Maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation
Support cost tracking and budget updates
Qualifications
1-3 years of construction field experience (required)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction project software
AutoCAD experience is a plus
Masonry or concrete construction background is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$80k - $130k+ (based on experience)
