Project Manager (PM)The Logistics Company, Inc. is seeking applicants for the following position. The Project Manager (PM) shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract. The PM shall have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited College or University and five (5) years' experience in base support management or a contract similar in scope and breadth to Base Operation and Support Services for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), GA, which includes the overall management, supervision, personnel, labor, generalized or specialized equipment necessary to maintain, repair, operate, and perform the following Common Levels of Support (CLS):403 Solid Waste Management404 Maintenance - Grounds408 Pavement Clearance411 Facility Maintenance - Vertical420 Facility Maintenance - Horizontal501 Heating and Cooling Services503 Wastewater Services510 Pest ManagementRequirements: If the PM doesn't have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Facility Management, then they shall have two (2) of the following certifications:Facility Management Professions (FMP)Certified Facility Manager (CFM)Sustainability Facility Professional (SFM)Facilities Management CertificateThe PM shall be available between 0730 - 1600 hours, Monday through Friday except Federal Holidays or when the Government Facility is closed for administrative reasons. The Project Manager performing work under this contract shall have and maintain a (Tier 3, Secret) clearance at time of the contract start date and for the life of the contract.
