Evaluate project processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Work closely with other project workstreams to complete deliverables and achieve project milestones
Communicate key insights and findings to team members and management
Identify and resolve project issues
Gather data and analyze business and user needs
Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation
Identify risks to delivery early and escalate to the P2P Lead and Program Leadership when progress is off track.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or digital applications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with procure to pay business processes is an asset.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an asset.
Preferred Skills:
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work proactively and follow up without formal authority
Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and priorities
