Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at Enviroairsolutions, you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing various projects aimed at enhancing air quality and environmental sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to meaningful projects that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities, and project milestones.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with financial forecasts. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders as needed.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project deliverables. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the environmental or sustainability sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Asana).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a remote environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
