Position Overview
As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential remodeling projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of residential construction, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of residential remodeling projects
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to ensure timely and quality execution
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and the production team
Monitor budgets, timelines, and job costs, ensuring projects stay on track
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
Handle change orders, permits, and other documentation
Proactively resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling
Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and residential project workflows
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
OSHA certification (preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
