Are you a customer-focused Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturer, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex customer and internal projects from order intake through production, delivery, and project closeout.

What You'll Do
Manage multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.
Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, sales, and operations.
Partner with domestic and international teams to align designs, materials, production schedules, and deliveries.
Track project timelines, deliverables, change orders, cost impacts, and key milestones.
Manage customer expectations while proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues.
Support process improvements and help drive best practices in project execution.
Build strong customer relationships and provide project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Manage a high-volume project portfolio, often handling up to 15-20 projects simultaneously, all in different stages.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, technical, or renewable energy environments.
Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, supply chain
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions when needed, and drive projects to completion.
Experience with ERP systems and project management software is preferred. xhqgsiq
PMP certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
