Job description
ClearStream Environmental has an immediate need for a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater equipment projects from contract award through engineering, fabrication, delivery, installation, and project closeout.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between the customer and ClearStream’s engineering, project management, procurement, fabrication, quality, and field teams. This role is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, aligned with specifications, and meeting customer expectations.
The ideal candidate is organized, technically minded, an effective communicator, and comfortable taking ownership of complex projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Reading and understanding the Engineering specifications and drawings to determine customers’ requests.
Assembling and managing team specialists to define, engineer and produce the equipment.
Manage project timelines and schedules.
Manage all customer relationships and expectations.
Manage all project financials and reporting.
Manage team relationships to optimize communications
Generate and manage assembly of Submittals, Operations and Maintenance manuals as well as Assembly Instructions.
Talk directly to the customer to help resolve any issues, concerns or challenges.
Travel to fabrication facilities, sites and customer locations to ensure quality and assist in problem resolution. Travel required.
Technical Skill Requirements
Scheduling programs
Working knowledge of 3D CAD modeling and drawing
Ability to read and understand engineering and fabrication drawings.
Organization and communication skills.
Understanding of the following disciplines:Welding and Metal fabrication
Electrical wiring and controls

Salary Information – Range,$80k-$120k
