Project Manager / Site-Superintendent New Custom-Home ConstructionLOCATION: Wytheville, VA!Compensation: $100K+ PER YEAR (including Salary DOE; Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401(k); etc)About the company:A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level.They work in 50 offices across 11 states and work directly with the local clients to build custom homes in affordable to custom niche.Your Responsibilities:Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfactionConstruction site management extending from the design hand-off process, to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.Regulating budgets and managing job costs.Qualifications:Candidate will need experience in new/ground-up residential constructionManaging multiple projects (8+ typically) at one timeQualifications include a 4+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership and within New Home Construction.Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.Compensation and Benefits:This company offers a great compensation package including:Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure (DOE)401KPaid Vacation DaysInsurance (Company pays 1/2 employee costs)Car & Phone allowance
