Project Manager For Digital Key / Smart Car AccessForvia Hella is seeking our next great project manager to join our Digital Key / Smart Car Access team. The primary function of this role is to take ownership of assigned connectivity programs. This individual will be joining a well established team that is heavily involved in next generation connected vehicle initiatives.HELLA is a listed, internationally positioned automotive supplier operating under the umbrella brand FORVIA. HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated sales of €4.4 billion in the seven-month short fiscal year 2022.Daily ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of smart vehicle access projects from concept through launch.Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.Collaborate with engineering, software development, cybersecurity, product management, quality assurance, and supplier teams.Work with external suppliers and technology partners.Prepare executive-level project reports and status updates.Drive continuous improvement in smart access performance, security, and customer satisfaction.Your QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of project management experience in automotive, connected mobility, IoT, or embedded systems.Experience managing software and hardware integration projects.Knowledge of vehicle electronic architecture and communication protocols.Familiarity with digital key technologies, mobile applications, and connected vehicle ecosystems.Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure authentication methods.Why Forvia Hella?Hybrid work schedules and flexible core hoursIndustry leading health benefits programLucrative PTO policyCompetitive 401K matchingExtensive career and training opportunitiesAnnual BonusesOn campus restaurant as well as employee water and coffee servicesTeam and company wide eventsAnd much more!Please feel free to apply if you do not meet 100% of the positional requirements.
