Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Duties include, but are not limited to:Defines project scope and objectives.Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverablesOptimizes resource utilization and achievement of client expectations.Manages the integration of project tasks and tracks and reviews deliverables.Provides analytical guidance to project teams.Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problemsMakes decision on client requirements and change in schedules.Ensures budgetary compliance. Assesses risks and develops mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Periodic field visits and inspectionsWorks closely with Branch Managers Subcontractors and vendors to provide Customers with consistent pricing and deliverablesReviews all cost categories of projects for Subcontractor and Branch projectsEscalates issues, as necessary, to Area Managers and Leadership to ensure Projects remain on scheduleCommunicates effectively and understands the correct medium for the situation (phone, email, text, in person)Conducts post mortem studies to determine where Projects either succeeded or failed and develops Plans to learn from the Company's experiencesCompletes close-out procedure for Projects including gathering and assembling post-install pictures and documents as well as invoicing for completed WorkSeeks new Subcontractor relationships in strategic locations to strengthen Lennox coverage areasEnsures that Lennox Safety Handbook is provided to our Subcontractors and they follow stated guidelinesWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum three years project administration experience requiredHVAC industry knowledge/experience preferredBachelor's degree or years of relevant experience preferredComputer skills and proficiency in MS Office softwareAbility to lift up to 20 lbs., ability to climb ladders safelyAbility to carry out projects from inception to completion with minimal direction; works with a high degree of urgency and self-motivationAbility to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to othersAbility to produce high-quality work consistently on multiple assignmentsExceptional organization, time management and project management skillsAbility to anticipate needs and adjust accordingly to ensure timely and budgetary commitmentsWhat We OfferCompensation:This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.Benefits:Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
