Job Description:
Facilitates strong communication within the team, working with sub-team leads to delegate tasks and ensure successful completion of multiple projects.
Identifies issues, manages stakeholder expectations, and offers recommendations for creative solutions based on priorities and development roadmap.
Develops an overall project view with a focus on critical priorities to help move projects along and mitigate issues.
Maintains constant communication with stakeholders to understand their initiatives in projects and campaigns.
Navigates all projects through the appropriate approval process.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, to various internal and external stakeholders (Required)
Ability to tailor messages to audiences at all levels of the organization (Required)
Strong organizational skills (Required)
Ability to focus detailed concentrated effort on multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary (Required)
Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues and meet deadlines (Required)
Education:
Associate (Required)
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Work Experience:
3+ experience in healthcare consulting or management experience (Required)
Experience in one or more of the following: process improvement, or project management (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications:
Project Management Institute (PMI) (Preferred)

Pay Range: $60,756.80 - $113,006.40
