Job description
Project ManagerOur client, an established structural steel contractor, is hiring a Project Manager in Watkinsville, GA. You'll manage structural steel projects from award through closeout, keeping them on schedule, on budget, and safe.What You'll DoManage structural steel projects from contract award through closeout.Coordinate detailing, fabrication, delivery, and erection schedules.Track budgets, costs, change orders, and billing.Handle submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing approvals.Act as the main contact for general contractors, engineers, and owners.Work with field crews and subcontractors to make sure work meets quality and safety standards.What You Bring3+ years of project management experience in structural steel or miscellaneous metals.Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office.A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.What's OfferedSalary: $80,000-$100,000Full benefits packageLong-term growth with a stable, established contractorSend resume to for more information
