Project Manager – Machine Shop
Direct Hire in Telford, PA $100,000-$125,000
Manpower Direct Hire is partnering with a leading industrial manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Telford, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven project management professional with experience leading complex initiatives within the manufacturing aviation and aerospace industries .
In this highly visible role, you will oversee large-scale projects from concept through completion while collaborating department leads, materials, and communicate with key stakeholders across multiple business functions to ensure successful project execution.
What You'll Do
Lead large-scale aviation and aerospace projects from planning through completion
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, safety, and executive leadership teams
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, aviation safety requirements, and industry standards
Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles
Manage vendor relationships and project deliverables
Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining timelines and operational objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement and project efficiency
What We're Looking For
8+ years of project or program management experience
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects within aviation, aerospace, or MRO environments
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project risks
Proven ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
