Project Manager (Manufacturing/NPI)
A metals manufacturing company located in Washington county is in growth mode and adding a Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with great employee retention. This position will lead new product introduction and manufacturing projects from kickoff through launch. Manage timelines, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing
Experience with metals manufacturing preferred
New Product Introduction (NPI) experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of project management methodologies
PMP or CAPM preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
Ideal Candidate Experienced manufacturing project manager who excels at driving product launches, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering results.
