Job description
Design and analyze motor and drive hardware, create manufacturing-ready models and drawings, and lead prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and partners on production processes and documentation while managing project status, schedule, cost, and corrective actions.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related technical field and at least four years of mechanical design and new product development experience; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should have hands-on hardware testing experience, proficiency in 3D CAD and GD&T, manufacturing judgment across metal and plastic processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel occasionally.
