Job description

Join a dynamic sustainability reporting team as a Data Management Specialist focused on building and maintaining high-quality data operations that support accurate, auditable reporting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across internal systems, coordinate cross-functional data campaigns, and help drive meaningful results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define and build metrics within internal systems to support sustainability reporting processes

Lead end-to-end data collection efforts and keep campaigns moving forward

Manage escalations and help resolve data issues with accuracy and urgency

Coordinate closely with controllership and other stakeholders to support data integrity and auditability

Track multiple workstreams at once while maintaining strong attention to detail

Work independently to identify gaps, raise risks, and drive follow-up actions through completion

Support reporting leaders with execution-focused data operations in a collaborative setting

Skills

Strong database management experience

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Ability to manage several concurrent priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners

Independent problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven approach

Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative where needed

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accountability

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting reporting or audit-related data processes

Background working with internal systems and structured metrics

Familiarity with sustainability or ESG-related reporting programs

Experience coordinating with controllership or finance-related partners

Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset
