Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and completion of assigned projects and programs from start to finish. Oversee all aspects of project or program execution, including planning, tracking, and issue resolution. Set timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to help keep work on schedule. Prepare status updates and reports for leadership on project or program progress. Work closely with stakeholders and team members to support smooth project delivery. Balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and accountability. Lead and support the work of others as needed to achieve project goals.
Skills
7+ years of experience in project or program management, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Strong understanding of project management concepts, practices, and procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination. Ability to use sound judgment, plan effectively, and drive work forward with minimal supervision. Experience leading teams or coordinating the work of others.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a highly structured or large-scale corporate environment. Ability to navigate complex projects with many moving parts and stakeholders. Comfort with preparing executive-level updates and progress summaries. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Adaptability and creativity when managing changing priorities or challenges.
