Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager IV to help coordinate and guide complex projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts, keep initiatives on track, and support clear communication and reporting for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects and programs, from planning through completion
Set timelines, define deliverables, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against goals
Coordinate with multiple teams to keep work aligned, organized, and moving forward
Prepare status updates and reports for leadership on project health, milestones, and risks
Manage day-to-day execution while balancing priorities, deadlines, and changing needs
Lead and support the work of others to help ensure successful delivery
Apply sound judgment, creativity, and attention to detail when solving problems and making decisions
Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
At least 7 years of experience in project or program management, or a closely related area
Strong understanding of project management concepts, practices, and methodologies
Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams and levels
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Comfort working with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
Preferred Skills
Experience preparing executive-level reports and summaries
Background leading teams or directing the work of others
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong organizational habits and follow-through
Experience working on complex, high-visibility initiatives
