JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting operational projects while helping maintain a safe and compliant work environment. This position combines project coordination, field support, and safety oversight, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in both administrative and operational activities.
This is not a desk-only position. The successful candidate will spend time in the field conducting site visits, supporting active operations, performing safety audits, and partnering with leadership to drive a strong culture of accountability and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Support project administration and coordination efforts across multiple operational sites.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Conduct on-site safety audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations.
• Identify workplace hazards and assist with implementing corrective actions.
• Support incident prevention efforts and assist with safety investigations when required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Provide operational support during active snow events and other high-priority situations.
• Collaborate with field personnel and leadership to improve safety, efficiency, and operational performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Copilot.
-OSHA 30 certification or equivalent professional safety certification.
-Experience conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Bilingual in English and Spanish.
-Experience within commercial snow removal, transportation, construction, heavy equipment, or similar field-service industries.
-Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
-Familiarity with winter operations, vehicle safety standards, and fleet compliance programs.
Compensation: $100,000+
