Project Sales RepresentativeThe purpose of your role is to turn plumbing system needs into real solutions for customers. This position blends technical understanding with sales, helping clients make informed decisions about repair, replacement, and system improvements. You're not just selling a job. You're helping customers understand how their systems operate, what's not working, and how to improve long-term performance and cost.You'll work directly with customers, estimating work, building proposals, and managing opportunities from first conversation through close.Assess plumbing systems, identify issues, recommend solutions, build trust with customersReview drawings, develop estimates, create proposals, align scope with real conditionsManage a pipeline of quotes, follow up on leads, maintain momentum to close workCoordinate with internal teams, stay organized, track activity, support smooth handoffsDevelop design build solutions that balance cost, performance, and long-term valueThis is a hands-on role where technical knowledge and people skills both matter.
