Project SuperintendentYou'll run the field and make the calls. As a Project Superintendent, you'll be the trusted leader ensuring Massachusetts infrastructure projects are built safely, on time, and with quality.What you'll be working on (and more)You'll oversee heavy civil/bridge construction.You'll plan manpower, equipment, and daily operations.You'll enforce safety and maintain productivity.What you'll do day-to-dayDirect crews and subcontractors.Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and daily reports.Keep schedules on track and budgets aligned.Coordinate with PMs and clients on project progress.What you getComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.PTO, holidays, and 401(k) with match.Tuition reimbursement.Career stability and growth to senior roles.What you bring8+ years of construction supervision (bridge/civil preferred).OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.Strong leadership and field coordination skills.Proven record of keeping jobs safe, on time, and on budget.Our clients are equal opportunity employers that recognize the value of a diverse workforce.
