This role is responsible for on-site management, safety, quality, and schedule performance while ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. Responsibilities include managing all field operations and coordinating daily activities with subcontractors and project teams, leading project safety efforts and enforcing site safety policies and procedures, overseeing project scheduling, logistics, and manpower planning to meet deadlines and budgets, reviewing and approving construction drawings and technical specifications, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project plans and specifications, fostering positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, preparing and presenting regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders, managing and mitigating project risks and issues, and implementing changes as necessary to keep the project on track, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Qualifications include 5–10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction (healthcare, interiors, or ground-up projects preferred), proven success managing complex, fast-paced projects from start to finish, strong understanding of construction means and methods, safety standards, and project documentation, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office, OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred, and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
