Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up high-rise construction across residential and commercial projects . The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic jobsite environments and is passionate about maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up high-rise projects
Coordinate all trades and field activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Maintain project schedule and update stakeholders regularly
Enforce site safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Manage site documentation, RFIs, and daily field reports
Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers, and ownership teams throughout all project phases
Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3+ years in a Superintendent role
Proven track record on ground-up high-rise multifamily and/or commercial projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiar with local codes, permits, and inspection processes
Proficient in construction software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar platforms
OSHA 30 certification preferred
