Motus Marketingis a rapidly growing sales and marketing firm in the Albuquerque Metro area. We collaborate with well-known brands to strengthen their retail presence, connect with consumers, and drive in-store performance.
At Motus Marketing, we're looking for a driven and outgoing Promotional Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an on-site position that offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing team to build brand awareness, generate leads, and help drive business growth through engaging promotional campaigns within our partnered retail settings.

Key Responsibilities
Execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and boost sales.
Engage in direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in retail settings to generate sales.
Attend client product training sessions and clearly communicate key product details to customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the company.
Dependable, adaptable, and committed to delivering results.
