Job description
Truist is seeking a Promotions Senior Operations Consultant to lead promotions servicing activities, risk and control design, and documentation support. You will coordinate with Compliance, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to ensure accurate, compliant offer execution and strong client experiences.
The role emphasizes process design, training delivery, readiness checklists, and continuous improvement across the Promotions Program Office. In-office five days per week is expected.
