Description: Propane Service Technician| $30-$40/hr + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do: You'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial propane heating systems, tanks, piping, and appliances while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing propane tanks, piping, heating equipment, and appliances
Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical service issues
Performing system testing, calibration, and repairs according to manufacturer recommendations
Documenting equipment details, test measurements, and service work performed
Communicating repair recommendations and solutions clearly to customers
Maintaining appropriate stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in company vehicles
Working closely with dispatch to manage service schedules and customer expectations
Maintaining company vehicles, including inspections, cleaning, and reporting mechanical issues
Identifying opportunities for additional services, equipment upgrades, and service agreements
Participating in company-provided technical and safety training programs
Requirements:
What You'll Need: 3+ years of propane service experience preferred (trainee opportunities available)
Applicable propane, gas fitter, or plumbing licenses preferred
Clean MA, NH, or ME driving record
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical manuals
Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment issues
Ability to pass company-provided drug test, alcohol test, and physical
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
Job Environment:
