n Senior Accountant – Real Estate Portfolio Accountingn
nDallas, TX | Full-time | On-Sitenn An established real estate investment and property management organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support accounting operations across commercial and multifamily property portfolios. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership while managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.n
nn Key Responsibilitiesn
n n Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned properties and portfolios.n
n Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.n
n Complete CAM reconciliations and other year-end accounting activities.n
n Assist with annual budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.n
n Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.n
n Collaborate with property management and operational teams to support portfolio performance.n
nn Portfolio Opportunitiesn
n n Commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial assets.n
n Multifamily residential communities.n
nn Qualificationsn
n n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.n
n Minimum of 5 years of real estate accounting experience.n
n Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.n
n Experience with property management/accounting software; Yardi experience preferred.n
n CPA designation or progress toward certification is a plus.n
