Job description
Key Responsibilities:
For a specified group of properties and family's trust and individual accounting:
\Prepare monthly bank reconciliations / tenant security reconciliation
Marketable securities investment reconciliation
Monthly/period journal entries Monthly general ledger analysis
Prepare full set of work papers for balance sheet and income statement at year-end
Maintain intercompany receivable and payable schedules
Municipality I&E report / Certiorari / RPIE
Annual budget
Yardi
Process capital calls, distributions, intercompany advances & repayments
Special project as needed
Some of the benefits for a permanent full-time employee, may be subject to certain requirements:
