Job description
A growing commercial real estate firm is seeking a skilled Property Accountant to support its portfolio. This full-time role includes performing close processes, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's in Accounting, are proficient in Excel, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of commercial real estate accounting is also required.
