nYou will be the Property Analyst Sr for the Property Management team. Our team is responsible for property accountability, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation throughout the property lifecycle.
nWhat You Will Be Doing
nAs the Property Analyst Sr you will be responsible for performing property control analysis, managing accountability from acquisition through disposition, and ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and corporate policies.
nYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
nnnConduct property control analysis and maintain accountability of company, government, or contractor property.
n
nnInvestigate, analyze, and resolve regulatory compliance issues with customers and oversight agencies.
n
nnDevelop Basis of Estimates and provide justification support during proposal phases.
n
nnIdentify property‑related risks and contractual requirements pre‑ and post‑award.
n
nnProvide guidance and training on business system processes, laws, and regulations.

nThis position is in Troy, Alabama.
nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
nBasic Qualifications
nExperience with hand held scanning systems and barcode data management.
nAbility to work independently.
nMust possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
nMust be able to use a computer and possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of software and SAP S4 Hanna.
nStrong written and verbal communication skills related to customer interaction, strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
nStrong problem solving abilities.
nDesired Skills
nSkilled in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions.
nExcellent communicator, and attention to details.
nHave a Certification from National Property Management Association.
nExperienced in use of new 1LMX system; SAP S4 Hanna.
nFamiliar with FAR/DFAR asset-management requirements.
nCandidate needs to have previous experience in the compressive small site Asset Management responsibilities.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
