nSenior Property Analyst will be responsible for the long-range digital transformation planning and execution, business process automation across RMS, with direct asset management work supporting Owego and Sikorsky line of business locations. Ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of all DOW Government Property reporting business systems (PIEE) as well as FAR part 45 and DFARS contractual language in regards to Government Property accountability oversite.
nThis role provides an exciting opportunity to increase knowledge of the inner workings of SAP S/4 HANA and how it interacts with the rest of the 1LMX F&BO processes and system landscape. Candidate will partner with both functional and technical teams to ensure coordination and alignment of priorities and tasks.
nKey responsibilities include (but are not limited to) to the following:
nnnDCMA Audit support
n
nnGenerating ad hoc reports / metrics / presentations as requested
n
nnCreation and execution of test scripts and procedures for 1LMX
n
nnDefect triage and remediation
n
nnData Validation
n
n nBasic Qualifications
nnnProficient in DOW Government Property reporting business systems.
n
nnProficient in Microsoft Office Business Suite.
n
nnUnderstanding of Basis of Estimates for level of effort organization.
n
nnAbility to collaborate with internal and external counterparts for business system integration.
n

nnFor (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
