Job description
How You Will Contribute
Build agent and broker relationships
Manage current book of business
Provide excellent customer service
Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new markets
Effectively manage carrier relationships
Provide guidance and training to Assistant Broker
Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained
Licenses and Certifications
CIC or CPCU designation required.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from Four-Year College or University
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Underwriter/Broker
Bachelor’s degree in insurance related discipline (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of E&S Wholesale experience (preferred)
Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines
