Job description
Qualfon is seeking motivated candidates in Houston, TX to join our Property & Casualty Insurance Licensing Program. This full-time, entry-level opportunity provides paid training to prepare you for the Texas P&C insurance licensing exam and a long-term role supporting major brands in our BPO environment. You’ll learn insurance fundamentals, regulations, customer interaction skills, and call center tools through classroom, virtual, and hands-on training. Working in our people-first, mission-driven culture, you’ll receive coaching, career development, and a clear path into licensed insurance support or customer experience roles after successfully obtaining your license.
