FM seeks a Property Claims Analyst to manage a portfolio of residential and commercial property claims from first notice through closure. You will investigate losses, interpret policy coverage, and determine liability, limits, and exclusions. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, assessing damages, and preparing accurate estimates using tools such as Xactimate. You will negotiate fair settlements, maintain detailed claim documentation, and ensure compliance with state regulations and internal guidelines while providing clear, timely communication to policyholders and brokers.
