Job description
The Greenbush YMCA is seeking a Full-Time Property Director to lead the branch's property department and oversee maintenance, cleaning and improvement operations. This role ensures operational readiness of facilities and vehicles, manages preventative maintenance programs and related administrative duties including payroll and budgets.
Candidates should have a two-year degree in a mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing or HVAC field, or a HS diploma with 3–5 years in building trades.
