Job description
Dominium Inc. in Dallas seeks a Financial Analysis Manager for Property Finance to lead analyses of operating results across a large multi-family portfolio.
You will oversee budgeting, monthly reporting, and forecasting, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership and guiding strategic initiatives. Reporting to the COO/CFO, you will mentor a team of 5–6 analysts, drive FP&A improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize profitability and growth.
