Property Maintenance AssistantWe are seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to assist with the general maintenance and upkeep of our property and grounds. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical work, and can handle a variety of basic maintenance tasks. This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Safety must always be exercised.Essential FunctionsBasic property maintenance and upkeepMowing and general lawn careWeed eating and trimmingSafe operation of chainsaws and other basic outdoor power equipmentWorking safely from laddersMoving and lifting heavy objectsGeneral cleanup of the property and groundsOther basic maintenance and property-related tasks as neededQualifications & EducationDependable and able to work independentlyComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsMechanically inclined and generally handyAble to safely operate lawn and basic power equipmentAble to perform physical work, including lifting and moving heavy objectsWilling to perform a variety of tasks as neededMust successfully pass a background check as a condition of employmentHigh school diploma/GEDCompetenciesEthical ConductCommunication ProficiencyResults DrivenInitiativeSafety OrientedWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee works both indoors and outdoors.
