Job description
Amurcon Realty Company in Farmville, VA is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to support the Property Manager in the upkeep of the physical plant and to be essential during inclement weather.
The role requires supervising maintenance staff, coordinating work orders, and ensuring safety, budget adherence, and timely repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and janitorial tasks. On-call coverage evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
