Job description
Apartment-Management-Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure timely upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds at our properties. You will schedule daily tasks, train staff, manage vendor work, and uphold safety policies including OSHA compliance.
On-call availability and 24-hour response are required; on-site work at our Colorado properties with on-site responsibilities.
