Property Maintenance TechnicianUrgently hiring in Eugene! Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician Pay: $20.00/hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM Start Date: ASAP Looking for a stable, hands-on maintenance role with consistent daytime hours? Join a respected property management team supporting residential communities across Eugene and Springfield. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced maintenance professionals who enjoy variety in their daily work and take pride in delivering high-quality results.What You'll Do As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:Performing exterior and structural repairs, including roofing, gutters, windows, and doorsInspecting and repairing fencing, addressing pest issues, and locating plumbing leaksCompleting attic work such as ducting, ventilation checks, and leak inspectionsPerforming under-unit repairs, including ducting, pest abatement, and dry rot repairsManaging interior maintenance tasks like drywall, doors, cabinetry, and general repairsTroubleshooting electrical systems, lighting, and heating componentsRepairing or replacing kitchen and bathroom fixturesSupporting additional tasks such as irrigation repairs, basic landscaping, and pool checksCoordinating with subcontractors as neededMaintaining accurate records of work performed and materials usedFollowing all safety procedures and responsibly utilizing company resourcesWhat You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:Residential or property maintenance experience preferredStrong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shiftCapability to work independently and manage daily workloadValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong professionalism and excellent customer service skillsReliable attendance and a strong work ethicWhy Join Us in Eugene?
