Job description
DLP Capital is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our mission-driven real estate investment portfolio. In this role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment across workforce housing and community properties. You’ll respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs efficiently while ensuring safety, code compliance, and resident satisfaction. Working closely with property and asset management teams, you’ll help inspect properties, support capital improvement projects, and maintain accurate work orders, contributing to impactful, high-quality communities.
