BookkeeperReady to take your property management career to the next level? We're looking for a Bookkeeper to join our corporate team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone with onsite property management experience who understands the day-to-day challenges our teams face and is ready to use that knowledge to make a broader impact across the organization.In this role, you'll be a key resource for our onsite teams-maintaining our Yardi database, assisting with Deposit Accounting, and providing help desk and training support. If you know Yardi, understand property operations, and enjoy solving problems and helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoSupport Yardi users through help desk requests and trainingMaintain the Yardi database system, workflows, and user securityAssist with Deposit Accounting and database managementCollaborate with internal teams to improve systems and processesExperience Needed:Experience with Yardi Property Management software is a requirement (PayScan a plus)Deposit AccountingKnowledge of accounting principles and multifamily operationsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively(Preferred) Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programsWhy Peak Living We understand that our success starts with our people.Competitive payFull benefits package, generous PTO and Holiday scheduleOpportunities for growth and professional development
