We're Hiring – Multiple Property Management Roles Available!Join a dedicated team that helps people find and maintain their homes.We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our property management team. Whether you're an experienced property manager, a supportive resident advisor, or a people-focused leasing professional, we have a role for you!Open Positions & Pay Ranges:Property Manager – $26.00 to $28.00/hr.Resident Advisor – $20.00 to $22.00/hr.Leasing Services Specialist – $22.00 to $23.00/hr.Leasing Services Specialist – Key Responsibilities:Assist prospective tenants with applications and required documentationProvide property tours and answer questions about leasing and availabilityMaintain applicant and lease files, follow up on missing documentsCoordinate property viewings, move-ins, and move-outsUpdate leasing records and application status reportsWork closely with property management and maintenance teamsQualifications (applies to all roles):At least 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related fields preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Valid Colorado driver's license requiredExperience with affordable housing programs (HUD/LIHTC) is a plusLove helping people find their home?
