Property Management MaintenanceWe're looking for a dependable Property Maintenance Worker to handle repairs, routine upkeep, and grounds maintenance across multiple properties. This role also requires availability to respond to property emergencies when on call.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Property Management Maintenance Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.00 to $ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftComplete general repairs and maintenance requests at assigned properties.Inspect buildings and grounds, identify issues, and address them promptly.Maintain outdoor areas and help keep properties clean, safe, and presentable.Respond to urgent maintenance issues when on call.Communicate updates on repairs, needed materials, and work that requires a specialist.Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe.Property Management Maintenance Qualifications:Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.A valid driver's license and clean driving record to travel between properties.Strong communication skills and a professional approach with residents and property staff.Availability to participate in an emergency on-call schedule.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
