Job description
Atha Enterprises is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the VP for PMI IL, overseeing operations across Decatur, Charleston, and Urbana with travel expected. You will drive strategic direction for a 500-door portfolio across three IL locations.
The ideal candidate will combine senior property management leadership with hands-on oversight of our maintenance arm to deliver exceptional community care and asset value growth, including cross-location collaboration and travel as required.
