A highly regarded commercial real estate owner/operator is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse 700,000 SF portfolio of office and retail assets located throughout the Greater Seattle market. Your New Role
As the Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a mixed commercial portfolio comprising office and retail properties. You will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership while ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of property operations across approximately 700,000 SF
Building strong relationships with tenants and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention
Preparing and managing annual operating budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
Overseeing vendor contracts, service providers, and maintenance programs
Managing capital improvement projects and property enhancements
Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with company standards
Reviewing lease requirements and coordinating tenant move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing requests
Partnering with accounting and leasing teams to drive portfolio performance and maximize NOI
What You'll Need to Succeed
5+ years of commercial property management experience
Experience managing office, retail, or mixed-use commercial portfolios
Strong financial acumen with experience preparing budgets, forecasting, and CAM reconciliations
Excellent tenant relations and customer service skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of building operations, vendor management, and capital projects
Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management platforms preferred
CPM, RPA, or other industry certifications are considered a plus
