An established and growing real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail properties.

What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of retail properties
Work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts and performance standards
Ensure properties adhere to owner policies, procedures, applicable codes, regulations, and governmental requirements
Oversee leasing activities and support strong tenant relationships
Address and resolve tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner
Develop and implement effective property management policies and procedures
Assist with CAM administration and related responsibilities
Handle additional property management duties and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of property management experience, with a focus xzgxqkn on retail properties
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with property management software
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
A proactive, professional approach with excellent relationship-building skills
