RPM Living is seeking a Marketing Associate to support project management and implement objectives across property marketing initiatives. You will work with internal teams to drive campaigns, measure effectiveness, and influence strategy for leasing and NOI.
The role emphasizes collaboration, vendor coordination, and weekly coordination with the Sr Director of Marketing. Hybrid work in Phoenix with 3 days onsite per week is required.
