Property Preservation CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Preservation Coordinator to manage vendor communications, client requests, and property service assignments. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve issues efficiently.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch vendors to assigned properties.Monitor vendor timelines, pricing, and quality of work.Review property photos for work in progress and completed jobs.Communicate with clients, vendors, brokers, and agents.Respond to service, billing, timeline, and report inquiries.Negotiate vendor pricing and completion timelines.Ensure client deadlines and quality standards are met.Maintain accurate records using internal software and Microsoft Office.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to quickly learn new software.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
